Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled RTR Piping Supervisor to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Aramco projects and hold a valid FPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection) certificate. This role focuses on supervising the application and quality control of adhesive bonded piping systems, specifically GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) pipes and fittings.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the straight field lamination process of GRE (WAVISTRONG) pipes and fittings, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. This position involves managing the inspection, testing, and documentation processes according to SAES-S070 and SAEP-407 standards. Supervision of piping work covering diameters ranging from 25 mm to 600 mm and operating in pressures up to 25 bar is a core aspect of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid FPI certificate is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience with Aramco projects.
• In-depth knowledge of adhesive bonded (TB/TS) piping and straight field lamination techniques for GRE pipes.
• Understanding of specifications SAES-S070 and SAEP-407.
• Proven capability to work with nominal pressures up to 25 bar.
• Aramco vendor code registration is required.
