Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to join the ESOM Project team located in Maaden Al Baitha, Qassim Region. This full-time, on-site role involves providing comprehensive technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and IPTV systems within an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hardware and software installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and offering user assistance to ensure smooth IT operations across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support and resolve issues related to Windows-based systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot internet connectivity, IPTV, and IP phone services across more than 250 rooms.
• Manage hardware repairs, including printer servicing and replacement of computer components.
• Configure and support IPTV systems and IP phone setups according to project requirements.
• Handle network-related tasks, including working with TCP/IP protocols, DHCP, DNS, network cabling, patch panels, and cable identification.
• Participate in incident management and timely resolution of technical problems.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service to users on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Sound understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience working with network cabling and hardware infrastructure components.
• Familiarity with IPTV systems, IP phone installation, and maintenance.
• Ability to effectively support and maintain printers and computer hardware.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak English fluently and clearly.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related fields is preferred.

Additional Details

Candidates should be comfortable living in a remote desert environment and be willing to relocate to Maaden Al Baitha, Buraidah, in the Qassim Region.
