A well-established company within the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) sector is currently hiring skilled professionals for multiple positions across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. Open roles include Maintenance Supervisor, Cleaning Supervisor, Reports Officer, Complaints Officer, HSE Officer, A/C Technician, Electrical Technician, Plumbing Technician, and Report Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage maintenance and cleaning activities ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Accurately handle complaint documentation and reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on all job sites.
• Conduct technical maintenance work related to air conditioning, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Generate and manage essential operational and maintenance reports as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Relevant educational background aligned with the job position.
• Experience requirements vary by position:
• Maintenance Supervisor: Minimum 5 years
• Cleaning Supervisor: 3 to 5 years
• Reports Officer: 2 to 4 years
• Complaints Officer: 2 to 4 years
• HSE Officer: 3 to 5 years
• A/C, Electrical, and Plumbing Technicians: 3 to 5 years
• Report Controller: 2 to 4 years
• Prior involvement in Operations & Maintenance roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Proven ability to proactively resolve operational challenges.
