Alrouf Lighting Company is currently seeking a Sales Engineer with a specialization in lighting towers and strong expertise in the diesel generator market. Although our focus is primarily on solar lighting towers, experience in diesel generators is highly valued due to the overlap in customer base and industry requirements. The successful candidate will bring extensive technical knowledge of power generation equipment along with proven sales achievements in similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing and driving lighting tower sales across multiple locations throughout Saudi Arabia. You will engage directly with clients to assess their requirements and recommend customized solutions. Providing detailed product demonstrations and technical insights will be essential to support the sales process. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams to assist with import coordination and logistics. Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business is a critical aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience within the lighting tower industry, with a successful background in sales and equipment rentals.
• In-depth knowledge of lighting tower technologies, including solar cells, gel and lithium batteries, and control systems.
• Strong sales capabilities with proven ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
