Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing residential villas and facades, planning interior spaces, and creating landscape designs that complement architectural elements. Additionally, producing high-quality, realistic 3D renderings to present project concepts will be a core part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on villas and facades.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and rendering software such as V-Ray or Lumion.
• Knowledge of Revit is desirable and considered a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work in villa design, interior layouts, facades, and landscaping is essential.
