Job Overview
We are currently looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Officer to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will oversee various HR functions while ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government regulations. Key Responsibilities
The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks. Additionally, the role involves handling employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing and reviewing employment contracts, and maintaining comprehensive employee records.
The candidate will operate key government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI to manage labor-related procedures efficiently. This includes processing Iqama issuance, renewal, final exit, and re-entry visas. Ensuring adherence to Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements will be central to the role.
Other duties include managing employee attendance and leave tracking, supporting payroll preparation, calculating end-of-service benefits, and assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures. Employee relations support and conflict resolution will also be part of the responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in HR, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and government labor platforms like Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, and GOSI.
- Experience managing work permits, Iqama processes, and visa arrangements is essential.
- Good understanding of Saudization regulations and workforce compliance requirements.
- Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English are required; knowledge of Chinese is advantageous, especially in Chinese-invested companies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
