Job Overview
Sawaed Al-Afkar Contracting Company is currently seeking experienced Architectural and Landscaping Engineers to join our team in Yunbu, Saudi Arabia. We welcome qualified Egyptian nationals with a strong background in their respective fields to contribute to our dynamic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Engineer:
- Develop architectural designs and prepare detailed construction drawings.
- Review specifications and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases.
- Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
Landscaping Engineer:
- Design landscaping layouts including planting plans and irrigation systems.
- Oversee site supervision and ensure proper implementation of irrigation and landscaping projects.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate landscaping components effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
Architectural Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design, construction, or supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural software.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
Landscaping Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in landscaping design, irrigation systems, and site supervision.
- Knowledgeable about landscape materials, planting plans, and irrigation technologies.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Requirements
Candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-moving project environment, demonstrate strong teamwork and coordination skills, and ideally be currently residing in Saudi Arabia for immediate availability.
