We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture or civil engineering and a proven track record leading complex construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic, presentable leader who excels in communication and decision-making within the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of villa construction projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage client relationships and communicate project progress clearly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in project management within architecture, engineering, or construction fields.
• Professional background as an Architect or Civil Engineer preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
