Key Responsibilities

The Construction Worker role is vital in supporting the progress and safety of our job sites. Daily duties include:

• Preparing and maintaining the construction site by clearing debris and organizing materials to ensure a clean, hazard-free work zone.
• Operating various hand and power tools safely, such as drills, saws, jackhammers, and mixers.
• Handling construction materials by loading, unloading, and transporting heavy items as needed.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople including carpenters, masons, and electricians to facilitate smooth project workflows.
• Adhering strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to promote an accident-free environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Physical endurance and strength, with the ability to lift approximately 50 lbs regularly and sustain physical activity like bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong dependability and punctuality, as reliability is essential for team success.
• Comfort working under various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and light rain.
• Good teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions effectively and collaborate with others on site.
• Previous construction or related experience is advantageous but not mandatory; on-the-job training is available for motivated individuals.
