Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage a wide range of accounting and administrative duties including:

  • Handling comprehensive accounting operations such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with Saudi tax regulations and Zakat requirements.
  • Preparing and submitting tax returns, tax disclosures, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and managing payroll using the Mudad platform.
  • Monitoring budgeting, collections, invoices, expenses, and cash flow to support financial planning and accurate reporting.
  • Overseeing various office administration tasks such as coordinating the CEO’s calendar, managing office expenses and maintenance, and working with external service providers on legal and contractual matters.
  • Managing company assets, office supplies, vehicle administration, and ensuring smooth daily office operations through effective administrative support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and Zakat compliance within Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with Saudi tax laws and demonstrated expertise in tax return preparation and compliance.
  • Strong organizational abilities and experience in office management.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • A valid Saudi Arabian driver’s license.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment with a dedicated work ethic.
