Alrouf Lighting Company is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer specializing in lighting towers, with a strong background in diesel generators. Although our core product line focuses on solar lighting towers, expertise in diesel generators is highly valued due to overlap in market demands. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive technical knowledge of power generation solutions and a proven history of successful sales within this sector or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities

Take the lead in driving sales for lighting towers across multiple locations within Saudi Arabia. Engage directly with clients to assess their needs and propose customized solutions that fit their requirements. Deliver detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations aimed at highlighting benefits and features. Work closely with the logistics and import teams to ensure smooth delivery and availability of products. Foster long-lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum of five years’ experience in the lighting tower industry, encompassing sales and rental services
• Strong technical understanding of lighting towers, solar cells, battery technologies (including gel and lithium types), and system controllers
• Proven sales skills with a strong ability to negotiate and close deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
