The successful candidate will have extensive expertise overseeing commercial and industrial construction projects valued around 50 million SAR annually. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Develop and implement robust operational systems and internal key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the KSA market to foster business growth and networking opportunities.
• Strategize and steer the company towards a performance-driven culture with clear visibility on project outcomes and business metrics.
• Provide high-level strategic leadership to enhance the firm’s market position in the selective contracting field.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 20 years of exclusive experience in the Saudi Arabian construction industry, particularly in commercial and industrial sectors.
• Proven track record managing projects with an annual value close to 50 million SAR.
• Strong business acumen with experience in establishing operational workflows and performance measurement systems.
