About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Executive to expand our footprint within the HoReCa sector. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys being in the field, opening new accounts, and building long-term customer partnerships.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting prospects into active customers, and managing those relationships to drive sustained revenue growth. From independent restaurants to caf?s, bakeries, and hotels, you will play a critical role in strengthening our presence across the city.

Requirements
? Fluency in English
? 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, FMCG, or a trading company
? Prior field sales exposure is strongly preferred
? Candidate should be comfortable with a role that is primarily field-based
? Demonstrated willingness to prospect and open new accounts
? Strong communication and relationship-building skills
? Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
? Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
? Actively prospect and acquire new HoReCa customers through daily field visits
? Convert leads into long-term accounts through effective relationship building
? Take ownership of newly acquired customers and grow their monthly purchase value
? Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
? Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account base
? Build strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and purchasing teams
? Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
? Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment
? Support payment follow-ups in collaboration with the finance team
? Maintain disciplined reporting of pipeline, visits, and opportunities
