Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Operations Executive to strengthen our freight forwarding and customs clearance team based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing import and export operations across air, sea, and land transport modes, ensuring smooth coordination between all relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end shipment process. This includes preparing customs clearance documentation, liaising with customs officials, port authorities, shipping lines, and transporters, and closely monitoring shipments to guarantee timely delivery. Moreover, the role requires actively communicating with clients to address and resolve any operational challenges that arise, while maintaining thorough and accurate operational records.

Required Skills and Experience

The successful candidate must bring between 2 to 6 years of experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance. A strong understanding of Saudi customs regulations, including familiarity with SABER and Fasah systems, is highly preferred. Excellent communication and coordination capabilities are essential, along with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management systems will support efficient handling of daily tasks.

Work Location and Compensation

This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
