Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to join our freight forwarding and customs clearance team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle import & export operations (Air / Sea / Land)
*Coordinate with customs, port authorities, shipping lines, and transporters
*Prepare and process customs clearance documents
*Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
*Communicate with clients and resolve operational issues
*Maintain accurate operational records
Requirements:
*Minimum 2–6 years experience in freight forwarding & customs clearance
*Good knowledge of Saudi customs procedures (SABER, Fasah preferred)
*Strong communication and coordination skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: As per experience
