Job Overview
We are urgently seeking 50 qualified Indian professionals to join our team as Instructors for Ground Customer Services at the Olaya Metro Station, Riyadh. This role focuses on training and guiding customer service staff to ensure smooth and efficient metro operations for the Blue Line.
Key Responsibilities
As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to ground customer service personnel. Your role includes coaching staff on customer interaction, safety protocols, and operational procedures related to the Metro Blue Line, ensuring they meet company standards and provide excellent service to passengers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills required with a basic understanding of Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal and teaching abilities to effectively train new and existing employees.
- Valid Absher and Iqama documentation to work legally in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in customer service or instructional roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule and Location
The position is based at the Olaya Metro Station in Riyadh, with a five-day workweek and 8-hour shifts. Shifts are available in two timeframes: 6 AM to 3 PM or 3 PM to 12 AM, each including a one-hour break.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary for this role is 3,500 SAR. Additional benefits may be discussed during the interview process.
