Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join our team for a high-profile project with Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas sector. This role requires hands-on experience in safety management, with a strong emphasis on Permit to Work (PTW) systems and compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing PTW requirements in accordance with Saudi Aramco procedures. You will conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments prior to task execution to ensure all activities comply with strict safety protocols. Monitoring daily site operations to uphold HSE standards and conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings will be essential. Additionally, you will coordinate safety efforts on-site, support audits and inspections, and facilitate corrective action follow-up to maintain continuous safety compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory NEBOSH or IOSH certification
• Proven experience with Saudi Aramco PTW systems
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE standards, safe work practices, and site compliance requirements
• Relevant hands-on experience in oil and gas site HSE operations

Work Environment

This position is based on-site within Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas industry, where adherence to rigorous safety procedures and standards is critical. The candidate must be adept at working in dynamic environments and handling the challenges presented by large-scale industrial projects.
