Position : Operation Manager
Qualification / Requirments
Duties & Responsibilities
• Conduct daily site visits across all locations to review performance, food preparation speed, and order accuracy,
and identify improvements.
• Lead daily staff briefings before and after operations to ensure alignment and productivity.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily operational reports to management.
• Develop, propose, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) after approval.
• Maintain food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and staff hygiene standards in full compliance with requirements.
• Create and sustain a positive, healthy, and motivating work environment that drives team performance.
• Assess staff strengths and weaknesses and allocate team members based on skill and experience.
• Collaborate with other departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth coordination.
• Plan and manage budgets, P&L;, and operational costs effectively.
• Implement company rules, systems, and vision, ensuring all team members are aligned.
• Identify, address, and resolve operational challenges swiftly and effectively.
• Monitor and control food costs through efficient purchasing, waste management, and portion control.
• Be available to support operations beyond working hours (physically or remotely) when required.
must have experienced in CLOUD KITCHEN 3 years above
