Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee the construction of warehouse and industrial facilities. The role involves ensuring structural safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable codes while collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural systems for warehouses and industrial buildings (steel, reinforced concrete, precast, foundations).
Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural designs.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies.
Conduct site inspections to verify construction aligns with approved designs and specifications.
Provide technical support during construction and resolve structural design issues.
Optimize designs for cost-efficiency, constructability, and long-term performance.
Assess existing warehouse structures for modifications, expansions, or retrofitting when required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred or required depending on region).
2–5+ years of experience in structural design of warehouses or industrial buildings.
Strong knowledge of steel structures, foundations, and load analysis.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD, Tekla, or similar).
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Solid understanding of construction practices and materials.

Work Environment
Combination of office-based design work and on-site inspections.
May require travel to project sites as needed.
