We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to oversee the operations of a small-sized supermarket in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills with proven experience handling daily store operations and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store’s daily activities, including opening and closing procedures. You will handle inventory management by ordering, receiving, and stocking goods to ensure products are always available. Monitoring sales targets and developing strategies to meet or exceed them is a crucial part of this role. Additionally, maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment aligned with company policies is required. Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints professionally and efficiently will also be part of your duties. Compliance with health, safety, and legal standards must be strictly observed.
Required Skills and Experience
The successful candidate should have 4-5 years of relevant experience working within Saudi Arabia, preferably in small supermarket settings. Candidates should be between 25 and 35 years old and should currently reside in Saudi Arabia or be available for local transfer. Strong leadership and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage inventory and sales, are essential for this position.
