We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Aziziya, Riyadh. This role is focused on managing recruitment for blue-collar positions within the mining and building materials sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in recruitment across Saudi Arabia, particularly in sourcing and hiring blue-collar workers.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Coordinator will oversee the entire hiring process, from identifying manpower needs to onboarding new employees. You will collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring cycle. Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring timely communication throughout the process are essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically with blue-collar roles
• Demonstrated success in hiring within Saudi Arabia’s labor market
• Strong knowledge of local recruitment channels and labor regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven capability to handle high-volume recruitment tasks efficiently
