Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Safety Manager with over 8 years of experience to lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at project sites in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates will have a background in EPC, construction, or manufacturing sectors. This role requires a proactive leader committed to maintaining safe work environments and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing complete HSE compliance across customer project locations. This includes executing site-specific safety audits, conducting thorough risk assessments, and organizing comprehensive safety training programs for all team members. The role also demands maintaining up-to-date ISO-aligned safety documentation and leading investigations into any incidents. Promoting a culture of safety awareness and driving initiatives aimed at zero safety incidents are essential components of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in safety management within EPC, construction, or manufacturing environments
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in conducting safety audits, risk analyses, and incident investigations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to promote safety culture

Work Environment

This position is based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, where the Safety Manager will operate on-site to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols within dynamic construction and manufacturing settings. The candidate must be prepared to work under challenging conditions, liaise with multidisciplinary teams, and manage safety compliance in line with both local and international standards.
