We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist, preferably a female from Arab countries or fluent in Arabic, to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing sales activities within the manpower, supplier, and outsourcing industries. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and possess strong communication skills to effectively promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling products and services to both new and existing clients. A key part of this role involves establishing and nurturing long-lasting client relationships to boost repeat business and customer loyalty. The candidate will actively generate leads through cold calling and emailing, while also conducting market research to stay ahead of trends and competitors. Developing a deep understanding of the product line is essential to effectively communicate benefits to potential customers. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create strategies, set targets, and support onboarding and training of new team members.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably within manpower, supplier, or outsourcing companies.
• Fluent Arabic speaker or female candidate from Arab countries, ensuring strong cultural and linguistic alignment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to maintain client retention.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Solid understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
