Currently residing in Qatar
✅ About the Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to all client and agent inquiries, including reconfirmation requests
* Enter, update, and maintain accurate reservation details for hotels, transfers, excursions, and other services
* Advise clients on availability and pricing, and suggest suitable alternatives when needed
* Handle incoming calls efficiently, resolving queries quickly
* Proactively upsell excursions, transfers, and value-added services to maximize revenue
* Manage bookings via selected partners’ online reservation portals
* Ensure all services are reconfirmed before guest’s arrival for smooth operations
* Assist in preparing quotations and product descriptions for special offers
