ATCONS is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Warehouse Operations Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This leadership position demands extensive experience overseeing warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient management of processes and teams.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for managing large warehouse teams of over 200 employees. Your role will include driving operational excellence using hands-on experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM). You will oversee critical performance indicators such as 5S implementation, Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT), inventory accuracy, and dock-to-stock efficiency to maintain smooth warehouse functions.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 10 years of proven experience managing warehouse operations across multiple locations
• Strong leadership abilities managing large teams effectively
• Practical expertise with Warehouse Management Systems, especially D365 SCM
• Solid knowledge of warehouse key performance indicators and best practices
• Familiarity with inventory control, workflow optimization, and operational standards like 5S
• Arabic language skills are preferred to facilitate communication within the regional work environment
