Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Supervisor with a strong background in civil structural work to oversee operations at a project site in Dirab, Riyadh. This role demands hands-on site supervision, effective labor management, and detailed material planning to ensure smooth progress and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of site activities related to civil structural works.
• Coordinate daily operations, including workforce scheduling and material handling.
• Prepare and maintain daily activity reports to track progress and resource utilization.
• Read and interpret construction drawings accurately to perform quantity take-offs.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of relevant site supervision experience in civil construction. Proficiency in reading drawings and making quantity calculations is essential. Candidates from India are preferred for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of 3500 SAR along with accommodation provided at the Dirab location.
