Digital Marketing Executive (Female Candidates Only) Required

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and run performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms

Build monthly content calendars and manage posting across social channels

Create and optimize ad creatives (static/video), captions, and landing-page messaging

Track KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, engagement) and produce weekly/monthly performance reports

Set up and maintain tracking with GA4, pixels, UTM links, and conversion events

Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization to improve results

Coordinate with design/content teams and ensure brand consistency

Monitor competitors and market trends to suggest new growth opportunities

Requirements:

[1–3]+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads

Strong understanding of analytics and reporting (GA4 preferred)

Ability to write clear, persuasive marketing copy

Basic design/editing skills (Canva required; Adobe is a plus)

Strong communication, organization, and deadline management

Arabic and English communication is a plus (if relevant)

Nice to Have:

SEO basics and content optimization

Email marketing experience (Mailchimp/Klaviyo)

Video editing for short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
