Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Logistics Manager to lead supply chain and logistics operations for large-scale construction projects in Riyadh. This role demands extensive experience of 15 to 20+ years specifically within the construction industry in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, inventory, and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders involved in complex mixed-use or infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Manager will oversee all logistics aspects, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered efficiently and on schedule. Core duties include negotiating contracts, coordinating import and export processes, leading logistics teams, and managing warehousing functions to support construction timelines and budgets. Additionally, the manager will optimize supply chain workflows to improve operational efficiency and adherence to project milestones.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years in logistics management within the construction sector, preferably in KSA.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction supply chain dynamics, including procurement, shipping, warehousing, and distribution.
• Expertise in KSA construction regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with logistics and project management software along with digital tools for supply chain optimization.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
