Job Overview

China Railway is urgently hiring seasoned Construction, Procurement, and Logistics Managers to join its prestigious projects involving high-rise buildings and luxury hospitality developments in Saudi Arabia. These roles require candidates with extensive experience in managing complex construction activities and supply chains for 4-star and 5-star hotel projects as well as large-scale high-rise structures.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Manager

• Lead all construction phases from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Oversee safety compliance, quality control, and schedule monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quickly identify and resolve technical and operational issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications and local regulations.

Logistics Manager

• Design and implement efficient logistics strategies to support project material flow and site operations.
• Manage transportation, warehousing, and onsite material handling to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs while maintaining operational excellence.
• Supervise logistics teams and coordinate with third-party service providers to uphold safety and regulatory standards.

Procurement Manager

• Develop procurement approaches tailored to the requirements of large-scale construction projects.
• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating favorable terms and contracts.
• Maintain procurement schedules that align with project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Manage contract administration and monitor supplier performance to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years’ experience in the construction sector, particularly in high-rise building and luxury hotel projects.
• Proven track record of managing 4-star and 5-star hotel construction or similar luxury hospitality developments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong leadership abilities and project management expertise, with excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices.

Important Candidate Criteria
