Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting duties, including precise management of accounts payable and general ledger functions. You will prepare and process financial transactions in accordance with company policies and ensure VAT compliance as per Saudi regulations. Maintaining ERP system records, generating financial reports, assisting with budget development, reconciling accounts, and addressing discrepancies are all part of the role. Additionally, collaboration with internal departments and supporting external audits will be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is essential, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role. Candidates should have a strong understanding of accounts payable, general ledger, and VAT compliance. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities are also necessary. Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are required.
