ARANER Group of Companies, a leader in innovative cooling solutions with over 25 years of experience, is looking to hire a Senior Civil Engineer to join its Riyadh team. This is a chance to work with a multidisciplinary group renowned for delivering advanced engineering projects in District Cooling, Turbine Inlet Air Cooling, Thermal Energy Storage, and Industrial Cooling sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering efforts across all project phases from initial planning and design to construction completion. This includes leading engineering teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring safe and compliant practices throughout. The role requires close coordination with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of high-quality projects.

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects through various stages including design and construction.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, providing technical direction and support.
• Conduct thorough engineering analysis and review design drawings for accuracy and adequacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and requirements.
• Monitor budgets and timelines while identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards, regulations, codes, and project specifications.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, and construction methods to uphold quality.
• Resolve technical challenges during construction by providing practical engineering solutions.
• Stay current with the latest developments in civil engineering technology and industry best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering with significant leadership experience, particularly in industrial EPC projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in civil engineering roles.
• Experience in managing Industrial EPC projects is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering design principles, construction methodologies, and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and effectively coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
• Available to join immediately.
