Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled ZOHO Books Accountant to join our reputable automobile spare parts company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ZOHO Books and the ability to manage financial records accurately, ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 SAR, depending on the level of expertise in ZOHO Books.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the ZOHO Books accounting system and handling all related financial tasks. Your duties will include processing purchase entries, managing vendor accounts, maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing detailed profit and loss reports. You will also be tasked with tracking inventory transactions, ensuring proper documentation of all supplier and customer accounts, and generating timely financial reports to support audits and management review.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, candidates must have proven experience working extensively with ZOHO Books and a deep understanding of its modules. A solid grasp of inventory accounting is essential, alongside the ability to effectively manage purchase orders, vendor relations, and sales documentation. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical, as is the ability to meet deadlines and provide accurate, timely financial data.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with prior experience in the automobile spare parts industry will have an advantage. Additionally, comprehensive knowledge of all ZOHO Books modules is highly desirable and will be considered a plus in the selection process.
