Our company is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead and enhance our safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience working within Aramco or SEC environments, ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations. A master’s degree is required to fulfill this crucial leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety programs that align with both company policies and Saudi Arabian safety regulations. You will oversee risk assessments, conduct safety audits, investigate incidents, and provide training to employees to promote a culture of safety across all operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in HSE management related to Aramco or SEC projects.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or Engineering.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi safety laws, industry best practices, and international HSE standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze safety data, generate reports, and recommend corrective actions.
