Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Quality, Safety & Security Officer to join a manufacturing facility in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of product quality and ensuring a safe working environment compliant with both local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include overseeing product quality aligned with international factory standards and developing occupational health and safety policies tailored to the factory’s operations. This role requires conducting thorough internal audits and preparing detailed reports for senior management. Additionally, the officer will be responsible for delivering training to raise awareness about quality and safety protocols among employees. Investigating incidents promptly and producing accurate reports with actionable preventive recommendations is also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years working experience in quality assurance or safety within the manufacturing sector is essential. Proficiency in international standards such as ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently are important, alongside excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and possess a transferable Iqama, ready for immediate transfer. Prior relevant experience in the field of quality or safety management within manufacturing environments is necessary.
