We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator and Personal Assistant to join a leading sports academy in Dubai. This role demands a proactive individual with a passion for sports and fitness, who can effectively manage day-to-day operations while supporting sales and customer service efforts.

Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Coordinator & PA, your main duties will include overseeing the academy’s operational workflow, coordinating schedules, and liaising with staff to ensure smooth daily activities. You will also play a crucial role in lead generation and sales follow-up, maintaining strong communication channels with clients via WhatsApp and email. Monitoring key performance indicators and generating reports will be part of your regular tasks to support business growth and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience within a sports academy, fitness center, or a related customer service and sales environment
• Strong ability in generating leads and following up on sales opportunities
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal communication
• Quick responsiveness using WhatsApp and email platforms
• Proficient in organizing and managing operations, schedules, and coordinating with team members
• Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting procedures
• Highly organized, proactive mindset with the capability to work efficiently under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the sports industry is highly valued and will be considered a significant advantage in this role.
