Job Overview

China Railway is urgently seeking skilled Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, and Electrical Draftsmen to join their team. These positions are critical for high-profile construction projects focused on high-rise buildings and luxury hospitality developments, including 4-star and 5-star hotels. The company values proficiency and experience in handling complex designs and coordination within large-scale construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Draftsman: Prepare detailed HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical shop drawings. Collaborate effectively with other disciplines to develop coordination drawings. Create as-built drawings and assist with material submittals while ensuring all documentation complies with project standards.

Electrical Draftsman: Develop accurate electrical shop drawings encompassing power, lighting, low-current, and ELV systems. Coordinate electrical layouts with architectural and MEP teams. Maintain and update as-built documentation, and support engineers in revising technical drawings.

Civil Draftsman: Produce comprehensive structural and civil construction drawings. Design detailed site layouts, reinforcement details, and related documentation. Work closely with engineers and consultants to revise drawings as site conditions and project requirements evolve.

Architectural Draftsman: Prepare architectural shop drawings including layouts, elevations, and detailed designs. Develop interior and exterior architectural elements and coordinate these designs with structural and MEP disciplines. Manage drawing records and ensure revision control.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant drafting experience.
• Demonstrated expertise working on high-rise building projects.
• Proven track record with 4-star and 5-star hotel construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Capable of preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings to exacting standards.
• In-depth knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and project requirements.

Important Notes

Candidates who do not have experience with high-rise buildings and 4-star/5-star hotel projects will not be considered for these roles.
