We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Central Kitchen Supervisor to join our expanding Food and Beverage team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in kitchen operations within the F&B sector and demonstrate strong leadership to maintain efficient production and uphold high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Central Kitchen Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the central kitchen, ensuring that food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met. This role involves managing production schedules, supervising team performance, and maintaining effective coordination with branch and operations teams to guarantee timely delivery of supplies. Additionally, controlling inventory levels, monitoring wastage, and implementing cost control measures are essential parts of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a Central Kitchen Supervisor or in a similar role within the Food and Beverage industry
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration
• Excellent organizational abilities and expertise in operational planning
• Proficient knowledge of food production processes, quality control, hygiene standards, and inventory management
• Ability to perform well under pressure and ensure smooth kitchen operations daily
