Job Overview

Elsa Integrated Contracting Co., a respected name in the construction industry in Riyadh, is seeking a seasoned Senior MEP and Civil Draftsman to join their team. This position calls for an individual with extensive experience in preparing and modifying detailed construction drawings, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and civil engineering works. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior MEP and Civil Draftsman, your primary duties will include creating and updating Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, and As-Built Drawings with accuracy and clarity. You will coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internally within the project teams to ensure all drawings meet project standards and site requirements. Maintaining attention to detail and adhering to project deadlines will be essential to the success of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years of proven experience in construction drafting, preferably with exposure to projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and civil construction works.
• Ability to effectively interpret and modify Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
• Experience in effectively coordinating drawing progress with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Deep understanding of construction standards and site-specific requirements to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
• Valid and transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Location

This position is based at Elsa Integrated Contracting Co. located in Al Murabba, Rossais Tower, 5th Floor, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
