Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated sales consultant to join our team in Dammam, specializing in government-related legal and visa processing services. This role involves advising clients on a range of administrative and legal matters including visa renewals, iqama transfers, and resolving related government fines or issues. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of Saudi labor and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in removing huroob status and managing final exit procedures.
• Facilitate iqama transfers with or without kafeel approval in coordination with the Ministry of Labor (MOL).
• Support visa services such as Qiwa permit renewals, visit visa extensions, Umrah visa conversions, and business visa extensions.
• Handle dependent services including fingerprint removal from Deport and Ministry of Interior (MOI) systems.
• Provide support with legal matters such as police cases, court clearances, and government fine resolutions.
• Offer driving license processing services for light and heavy vehicles without requiring tests or sponsor documents.
• Assist with profession changes, SCFHS membership support, and related MOL or MOI approvals.
• Maintain relationships with reliable kafeel sponsors for transfer services at competitive MOL charges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and consultancy within the legal or visa processing sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, immigration rules, and government procedures.
• Strong client service orientation with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve clients’ legal or immigration challenges effectively.
