Waha Contracting Co. invites applications for the positions of MEP Foreman and Civil Foreman to join their team in Diriyah, Riyadh. We are seeking motivated candidates who can oversee and manage MEP and civil construction activities effectively. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Riyadh, but qualified expatriates are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on site for MEP and civil construction works.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure timely progress and quality standards.
• Manage and lead on-site teams to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• Monitor materials and equipment usage to avoid delays or wastage.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Sound knowledge of MEP or civil construction processes, depending on the foreman role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges promptly.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as an MEP or Civil Foreman in the construction industry.
• Current residency in Riyadh preferred, though expatriates with the right qualifications are welcome.
• Valid certifications and licenses related to construction supervision are an advantage.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
