Key Responsibilities

This role requires a hands-on approach to maintaining elevator components, including electrical circuits, control panels, rails, and safety mechanisms. The technician will regularly inspect and diagnose electrical faults, perform maintenance on elevator guide shoes and rails, and ensure that brake and safety systems operate flawlessly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ direct experience working with elevator electrical systems and maintenance.
• Proficient in inspecting and troubleshooting electrical circuits and control panels.
• Experienced in conducting thorough inspections of elevator rails and guide shoes.
• Strong capability to evaluate braking and safety systems to guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
• Excellent technical skills to diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
• Adherence to safety standards and quality work procedures while managing assigned schedules.
