Our reputable General Contracting Company is looking for a skilled Marketing Officer or Business Development professional to join our team in Dammam. This role requires a candidate with hands-on experience in the construction industry, possessing solid knowledge of market dynamics and client relations within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in client meetings, negotiating deals, and driving new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets, enhance client relationships, and promote the company’s services effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction sector
• Familiarity with basic construction processes and terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills in English and preferably Arabic
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities with a demonstrated track record
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Valid Saudi driving license and transferable iqama
