We are seeking a meticulous and experienced HR & Payroll Officer to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing comprehensive payroll processing, handling final settlements, and supporting various HR operations. Familiarity with Saudi labor law and employment standards is essential to ensure full compliance.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires managing the entire payroll process efficiently and accurately, ensuring all employee payments are processed on schedule. You will also oversee employee final settlements, strictly adhering to company policies and local labor regulations. Maintaining up-to-date HR and payroll records using Excel and specialized systems is integral to this role. Additionally, you will assist in HR operations such as leave management, attendance monitoring, and responding to employee inquiries.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in HR or payroll-related roles, preferably as an HR Specialist or Payroll Officer.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and payroll management software.
• Excellent organizational skills paired with sharp analytical abilities.
• Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to start immediately.
