We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join a reputable company based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage employee files, oversee recruitment processes, handle contracts, and monitor attendance and departure using professional HR practices. This role offers a competitive salary range of SAR 9,500 to 15,000 along with a chance to grow within a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records accurately to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate hiring procedures including screening and onboarding new employees.
• Manage employment contracts and ensure all documentation is properly filed.
• Monitor and track employee attendance and departure times consistently.
• Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related initiatives and problem resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience between 1 to 3 years in a human resources role.
• Familiarity with popular HR platforms and software.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes.
