We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join a reputable construction company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of six years’ experience in human resources, including at least two years at a managerial level. This role requires strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all human resource functions within the company. This includes managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The manager will also play a crucial role in shaping organizational policies and fostering a productive workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least six years of professional experience in HR, with a minimum of two years in a managerial position.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to ensure smooth communication across teams.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to guide the HR team and support employees effectively.

Work Environment and Schedule

The position is based in Alnada District, Riyadh. Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced workday within a dynamic construction industry setting.
