China Railway is seeking highly experienced and qualified Site Engineers to join our prestigious construction projects.

🔹 Open Positions:

✅ GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building projects
• Mandatory experience in 4-Star / 5-Star Hotel projects
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, site coordination, and project execution
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Candidates without high-rise building and luxury hotel project experience will NOT be considered.

📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
🔹 Civil Site Engineer
• Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities on site
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Prepare site reports and resolve technical issues

🔹 Electrical Site Engineer
• Supervise electrical installation works including LV systems, lighting, and power systems
• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications and safety standards
• Coordinate with MEP and civil teams for smooth execution
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems
• Prepare technical reports and site documentation

🔹 Mechanical Site Engineer
• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems installation
• Ensure mechanical works are completed as per approved drawings and standards
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently

🔹 Architectural Site Engineer
• Supervise architectural and finishing works on site
• Ensure high-quality execution of interior and exterior finishes
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to meet design requirements
• Review materials and workmanship quality
• Ensure project finishes meet luxury hotel standards
