Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE Officer based in Riyadh with a strong background in construction safety, holding a valid NEBOSH certification along with scaffolding inspection expertise. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of hands-on experience in ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols throughout construction projects.
• Conduct thorough scaffolding inspections to guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and safety reports as required.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to Saudi regulations and international best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A valid NEBOSH certificate or an equivalent recognized qualification in HSE.
• Demonstrated experience of at least five years in construction health and safety management.
• Proven expertise in scaffolding inspection supported by a valid SASSO-approved or internationally recognized certification.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s occupational health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively coordinate safety activities and trainings.

Additional Requirements

• Possession of Muqeem and Ajeer registration is mandatory.
• Ability to work efficiently in onsite environments with diverse teams.
