⚙️ Position Overview
We are hiring qualified Mechanical Inspectors to join our growing inspection team. The role involves performing and witnessing QC inspections at vendor shops and construction sites, ensuring compliance with specifications, ITPs, and client requirements.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
· Conduct material receiving visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on fabricated/mechanical components such as Structural Steel, Fittings, tanks, POV piping, pressure parts, valves, rotating/static equipment , PEB components and etc.
· Review and verify project documentation and dossier: ITPs, WPS/PQR, MTCs, calibration records, and test certificates.
· Witness inspection and testing e.g. Adhesion test, NDT, hydrostatic, and pneumatic tests, FAT/SAT, and ensure proper documentation.
· Prepare detailed inspection reports, NCRs, and follow up on punch list closure.
· Communicate effectively with vendors, EPCs, and clients to maintain inspection integrity and timelines.

🎯 Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 5 years total experience in Mechanical Inspection, including 3 years in QC Mechanical commodity (structural steel, Fitting ,PV ,tanks, piping, valves& PEB ). OR in compliance with Schedule Q as per project requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mechanical Inspection, Inspection, and Quality Control
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and practices
Knowledge and application of Mechanical Engineering concepts
Excellent in Reading Engineering Drawings is a must
Attention to detail with the ability to document and communicate findings effectively
Minimum of 5 years of relevant on-site experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
Strong working knowledge of ASME, API, ASTM, ISO codes.
Recognized certifications (any combination appreciated):
CSWIP 3.1 / BGAS Grade 2 / NACE L2
API 510 / 570 / 653 (advantageous)
Aramco Approval / CBT passed preferred.
Excellent English communication (verbal & written); Arabic is a plus.
