We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team focusing on civil and architectural projects in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, supporting quantity surveying activities, and coordinating technical aspects of construction projects with precision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and detail accurate shop drawings for civil and architectural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Assist in quantity surveying by performing precise material take-offs and calculating quantities for both civil and finishing works.
• Utilize advanced AutoCAD skills to create high-quality design deliverables with a strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate technical details effectively within the project team to maintain smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in preparing comprehensive shop drawings for civil and architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles relevant to construction materials and finishes.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, demonstrating the ability to produce accurate and professional drawings.
• Good understanding of executive-level construction details and the capability to collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams.

Work Location

This position is based in Dammam, located in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.
