​ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
​Key Requirements
​Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
​3–7 years of relevant experience preferred in Facility Management, ELV, MEP, Technical Services, or Construction industries
​Strong knowledge of AP/AR cycles and ERP systems
​Advanced Excel and analytical skills
​Strong attention to detail, deadlines & payment follow-ups
​Key Responsibilities
​Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
​Handle vendor invoices and tenant billing efficiently
​Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
​Support monthly closing and financial reporting
​Assist in budgeting, expense tracking & cost control
