Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Record Controller (QRC) for a prestigious ARAMCO Project in Saudi Arabia.

Position:

Quality Record Controller (QRC)

Requirements:

* ARAMCO Approval is mandatory
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering / Quality / relevant field
* Minimum 5+ years experience in QA/QC documentation or document control in Oil & Gas projects
* Strong hands-on experience in Aconex / EDMS systems
* Strong understanding of project quality systems and document control procedures
* Experience in RFI tracking, inspection documentation, and QA/QC records management
* Ability to handle large volumes of project documentation accurately
* Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines (QA/QC, Construction, Client, Vendors)
* Familiar with ARAMCO standards and project requirements
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Immediate availability will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and control all QA/QC project documentation
* Ensure proper filing, tracking, and submission of project records
* Coordinate with project teams for document approvals and updates
* Ensure compliance with ARAMCO documentation standards
* Support audits and project quality reviews
